i appreciate you very good idea you have, i am new here and i was thinking about it, people do not follow or resteem a newbie post even with good content ,hard work is effective and i know some smart steemians they started with zero and now popular on it,with their hard work and good skills

Well, the problem is, they just never get seen. The "new" section in the most popular categories grows so fast, your post is at the top for all of three seconds on a busy day. But, when you build a community, you have more options.
