Post Payout and Disbursements
We've decided to accept post payout to add SBD to the fund. Our plan is to disburse 50 percent of the donations to claimants on Saturday, December 2 and disburse the remaining funds to claimants on Saturday, December 9.
Making Claims
To request compensation from the fund, please submit a claim in the comments below detailing how much you invested in bellyrubbank. We'll do our best to process repayments in a timely manner. Below is the updated list of claims we've received so far and the amounts that remain outstanding:

Making Donations
To donate to the fund, transfer any amount of STEEM or SBD to @compensationfund. If you'd like your donation to go to a specific fraud victim, please specify that in your Transfer Memo. A great, big thank you to everyone who has donated so far!
I know this is a little controversial, but we are accepting payments for just this one post. The SBD this post makes will be added to the final disbursement.
A community takes care of its members. I hope people see this as an example of doing just that.
I really don't see a problem with @compensationfund accepting payments for posts. You guys are doing a good deed. The reward pool is more than big enough to share, and it's for a good cause.

Also I had numerous sent votes for $1 SBD that I never recieved anything from but I guess that should have been the hint it was all a scam.

I am very busy and do this all as a full time job being a journalist so i appreciate your kind generosity. Hi, I'm not sending any money until you can let me know where the 300 SBD figure comes from. We are not going to blindly sent money without proof. One of bellyrubbanks last posts lists you as having 100 SBD, not the 300 SBD you are claiming.
I would hate to think you are making a false claim.

I can't speak on bellyrubbanks books but my transactions with him are listed and time stamped in the blockchain so it is in both of our wallets. I would not make a false claim. The information is public. Go off the blockchain it is clear their last post is inaccurate.
Your claim is good, and I have sent 90 SBD from my own fund. I've been refunding 30 cents on the dollar from my own fund, and you may get a little bit more from this compensationfund.

Due to time constraints I have thought it would be easier to just invest with him.. I had put in $50 SBD into his scheme and it looks like I won't see anything back.. but I think what you are doing @neoxian is extremely commendable and really shows you are a leader on this platform which shines when things look the darkest..
