I once shook hands with a Australian Prime minister (John Howard). It was weird, he'd never paid attention to the musicians that played at Parliament house, but this time the visiting dignitary came to thank us. So I guess he had to pretend!

I do meet a lot of classical music heroes in my life of work, but that is a niche interest!
