The most awaited Food Contest is here!!!
I would say this is the most unique contest ever released here in steemit. Even now, we are already grateful to all those who would join in this competition. Hopefully you will continue to support this contest which we intend to run two to three times a month from now on.
The contest format will run in cycles:
- Cycle 1. Acronyms. Come up with the best acronym for the word category announced, e.g. a fruit, vegetable, dessert, etc.
- Cycle 2. Food Photography Contest. Post your original food image with steemit logo and user verification (username/selfie) . Be creative. Winner will be chosen based on the number of non-bot upvotes.
- Cycle 3. Cooking Contest. Share your recipe and have a chance to win. Best entry will be judged based on the presentation and step by step procedures. As usual, selfie proof or steemit id/logo must be included on the post.
We invite you to upvote and resteem this contest to help us, and we make sure everything is transparent.
September 14, 2017 | Cycle 1: ACRONYMS : FRUITS ◇◇◇
Since this is the this is the debut of our contest cycle, how about we'll start with the easiest? Make an acronym for any fruit (must be the English name or local name, only if there is no English term) and put in the comments below. ONLY 1 ENTRY PER PERSON please. If you think the name of the fruit is uncommon or may only be known in your country then it may also be good to share a photo and short description of the fruit. This way, we'll all learn together! Do not for get your username at the end.
