This is my 6th week of giving away delegations to some deserving newer steemians. I will announce the winners of week 5 tomorrow.
Why am I doing this?
While I understand the idea that the witnesses and Steemit Inc (@ned) were going for with RC's they have had a serious negative effect on our newest Steemians. RC's have handcuffed new steemit members and I am trying to remove those limitations for a select few people each week.
As a decentralized project it's our duty as members of the community to each pitch in and make the project a success. Without the community supporting each other there is no future for Steem or Steemit so this is my way of pitching in a little.
This is a simple little giveaway/contest for those who need some help being able to engage on steemit. The idea is to help people that are running into RC issues which limits the amount of commenting and posting they can do each day. Without the ability to engage it is very hard to build an audience and without that audience you aren't going to have people seeing your content.
Contest/Give Away Rules
- You must have less then 100sp
- Leave a comment below with your entry, start entry with "THIS IS MY ENTRY" and then tell me how much SP you currently have, how often you post, and why you would like the Delegation.
- You must power up your earnings and not be withdrawing them. Want to reward people who are showing they plan to be part of steemit long term.
Prizes
I want to get people up to 100sp or give them 50sp towards this. So the prizes will be "up to" 50sp and all prizes will be for 4 weeks.
- Max prize is 50sp for 4 weeks
- Max I will increase your SP to is 100sp (if you have 40sp max prize if 50sp, if you have 75sp max prize is 25sp)
- Max for this weeks prizes is 200sp, but only if enough quality original content producing people enter
Who receives the delegations is purely up to me as it's my money. But understand that I'm looking for active accounts that are producing quality Original Content.
Bonus Prize
@minnowbuilder3 will be set to autovote your content for at least the 4 weeks you are getting the delegation. This means a daily free upvote on your posts. The goal of the Minnow Builder Program is to support hand picked steemians who have less then 500sp with daily upvotes.

I currently have 61 SP, though that will be reduced to 55 in the next few hours. Of that 13 is my own, and 40 is delegated to me temporarily by @crypto.piotr, the rest is the auto-delegation afforded to each new user by the system.
I vote and comment multiple times each day, and I post a blog entry at least once a week, more like twice or three times now that I am doing #wednesdaywalk for SBI every week, (haven't posted my entry yet today, but it's still morning here in Buenos Aires)
I would like to have more SP so that when I upvote my friends and colleagues, it helps them more, and also so that I have more freedom to post, comment and curate more often.

Well. I have to say i'm doing original content because i have the cheap tools for do that -PowerPoint, GIMP-. While during Steem community i have learned some tips on HTML and made GIMP tutorials. I'm doing this from my job place because in my house i have no connection to interenet. Doing some content here, in theory, would help me to reach the goal to have interenet in my house and get my project of StableToken alive. I have learned a lot here but i need more. My brain is a spongebob and it's hungry for knowledge.

This is my entry:
First of all I want to thank you for this great initiative, I sincerely love being able to work and bring the little knowledge I have in this great platform like Steemit and I am really grateful for it @thedarkhorse
Currently I have 88 Steem Power, 40 of them were delegated by a great steemian who supports the community very much and thanks to it I have improved my stay on the platform at @crypto.piotr. On the other hand I could only rent 17 SP through Blocktrades with some funds and I have 30 SPs of my own, which approximately gives the aforementioned figure.
My publication frequency is reduced to at least 3 post per week, I was in a small break for the last month's parties, but recently I'm resuming the activities, I know I can give much more to at least upload these publications to a more , however, I dedicate 100% to online work, including Faucets de Cryptocurrency, the so-called PTC, I also like Trading even if I do not have enough money to do it I know many aspects of it and because in my country Venezuela a job common and current does not give what is necessary to survive. My writing topics are clearly based on Blockchain education, Cryptocurrency and financial education, I also forget about the new sensation game called Steemmonsters.
With regard to why I would like to access the Delegation, I would simply like to help people educate them and bring them the content they need to learn many things about this financial and technological world, additional I would like to find people who are really excited bringing new content and that they do not have enough views so that their content was really valued in the platform, in fact I have more than a year in it and my beginnings were really difficult, to the point that I barely have 50 of reputation, due to the demotivation I suffered , but I decided to continue and I love being here since steem has a lot to offer to the world.
In general terms these are the reasons and I hope I can be chosen to carry out this purpose and even so, if I am not, I will continue to carry my work through steemit with all the tools and tools available to me.

Have you considered powering up more of your Steem? This would make a big difference in your RC issue. With that you would have over 100sp right now including the leased and gifted delegations. Will look closer at your account when it's time to review and make final decisions when this post pays out.

With how low Steem is please try really hard not to cash out at these levels. I get that bills have to be paid, but I think everyone who is selling right now will regret it in a year. This is why I feel people should be powering up now to help them earn even more over the next few months while allowing prices to rise before considering cashing anything out. But if you can't find another way to make a few dollars to keep the steem in your wallet then I can understand why you might need to withdraw it.
Exactly, I try to spend as little as possible because I know that a good rise can come soon and that is why I trust in stemmit also in addition to all that it offers us and good looking for other alternatives on the internet that help me win out of what is the steem and the SBD to store them as much as possible.

I wish someone would take the time to explain some things to me. For example I do not know what RC stands for. The only thing I know by now is that I had a lack of steempower (sp) and @crypto.piotr and @onnovocks give me a hand. Some others show me contests I can join and good content as well.
Still.. I do not know what the rest in my wallet means, how I power up my earnings, how to transfer what to where for what reason. I asked around for info but no response at all.
OK that's it, I will be making a series of posts that outlines in detail all of your wallet. You are not the first person who has said this.
But as for RC's, they are Reward Credits and you can look at it like your energy needed to power your account. Actually renewable energy with a battery to store some of that power which is generated each minute of the day.
How much energy your account produces and holds is directly related to your Steem Power (SP).
How much each action takes on Steemit is directly related to the costs that the witnesses have decided the action takes. You can see on the left side of Steemd how many RC's you produce per day and the most you can store. Take a look and you will see you can do 100+ of any action currently:

Her recharge rate with 14sp only allows for 3 comments a day as her recharge rate is 3M and it costs 1M RC's to comment.
This is why I'm doing these giveaways to help the smallest accounts. I want to let new people have a chance to find their voice on steemit before getting annoyed with the inability to be social on this social network.

As you are really close to the 100 right now and the 80 is temporary I'll give you 2 options. 1st it looks like you would qualify for a 11sp delegation right now (bringing people to 100sp) and you would have that for 4 weeks. Or 2nd option is to wait until the 80sp delegation is pulled and you would qualify for the full 50sp at that time for 4 weeks. Either option is fine with me.

Currently you have a lot of Steem sitting in your wallet. Are you planning to power that up, or what is you plans? It looks like a good amount of that was the santa program so don't want to hold that against you. Will look closer and see if I can help you in some way.
Exactly, what I have in my purse is most of the initiative of @crypto.piotr Santa Venezuela, but if you realize and remove more than half by emergency issue.

Hello friend an excellent idea, although I love Steemit not only for the monetary but for being something beyond a community I consider several as family and it is a sad thing to see that you can not publish continuously but good thanks to @ crypto.piotr that I delegate a good amount of 40 SP for a limited time (which is an excellent person and I was attracted to this publication) could not see interacting, previously published 1 time per day no more because gg gave me lazy and the maqueteado takes time to It is as it should be.
I am from Venezuela del Frío and beautiful Andean state Merida medical student for more than 6 months which is a practitioner the same time as I was in Steemit and it was something very good between the willingness to talk about medicine but I understood that even though I love medicine other tastes entered into me I do not tell you that I have specific themes of my blog but I like to post topics like cryptography, poems and participate in contests of the platform that have helped me improve my layout, as is the case with the @milkbox, @contest and @templo contest I always choose to participate although I do not win it is fun to be able to make a publication, I will not stop publishing about medicine but I will carry out a longer time of learning since I have learned that the world of medicine goes beyond and before making a publication I like to understand the subject well except that it is a contest gg there you have to be flash.

Have you considered powering up some of the steem you have sitting in your wallet? It would help you a lot in terms of your RC's and being able to function more freely on steemit.

Currently I only have 45 SP.
I try to post 1 or 2 times per week. My limitation comes when I answer the comments.
I am very conscious of giving an answer to each and every one of the comments I receive in my publications. I consider that this is where the true power of steemit lies: In the exchange of ideas.
Many times I have to wait 24 hours to recharge RC and be able to answer the comments. I think that is a disregard towards my followers. But I'm tied hands.
I currently have a delegation of 200 SP from my friend @crypto.piotr
With the current amount of SP in your wallet including that from crypto.piotr you should be able to function freely. Are you still feeling like you have issues even after he gave you that delegation?
With this SP that I currently have, I do not have RC problems. But that delegation is temporary. Soon it will be withdrawn.
Thanks for the quick response. When the delegation goes away please make a new entry. I will be doing this on a weekly basis to make sure people can ask when they need it. So considering the number of others asking who need a delegation much more then you do currently I'll give priority to them now and then if that delegation goes away then I can support you then.

You have 8.231 STEEM sitting in your wallet. Is there a reason you aren't powering up that steem? One of the rules is that you are powering up your earnings. This shows you are making an investment in your own account, steem, and the future of steemit.
Your account may still qualify, just wondering why you are sitting with that much liquid steem? When starting off it's best to power up as you earn the steem to help grow your vote asap. Plus once Steem is turned into SP it grows due to an inflation factor that is applied to all SP. You only get this if the steem is powered up.

Sending wallet memos doesn't really work super well. Let's say that I would send 1000 memos to 1000 random people. Maybe 5-10 will bother to read memo and visit post.
But if I managed to get to know closely group of over 400 people? I delegated SP to almost 100. Helped several Venezuelians etc. Basically there is large group of people I interact and I'm naturally keeping list in my notepad.
So what I do is simple. I would send memos mostly to some of those 400 people. Right now I contacted 80 and you can see response. The thing is that those people are responsive because I mean something to them. I engage, support them etc. So when they receive memos from me then chance is very high that they will read it.
And Im also avoiding spaming memos to often. Max 1 memo per week per person :)

I actually decided to dedicate several hours every week to visit group of those accounts and support their content, read it and drop some comment.
This way not only those people will most likely read my post but many of them will also resteem it. And then it's already ... a snowball. Post resteemed by 50-100 people attract attention left and right.

This is my entry. Thanks to @crypto.Piotr i am here. I have a delegation of 40 Sp granted by @crypto.piotr due in February and one of 30 Sp granted by @hazelnut. Buy SP and i made an investment in Temple, to help the new communities and grow with them. Currently I have 31 Sp own and published five or six times a week, almost daily in addition to commentary and cures, seven days a week. Thanks for your entry, but you have 130.794 SP and are not eligible. If you have sent out delegations from what you own and you are running into RC issues that are restricting your ability to function on steemit you should recall them. The only purpose of my giving delegations out is to help those that can't function/interact due to limited RCs.

every day I give votes to content creators who have a rep below 50 with a low SP, they really have trouble getting votes lately.
and my vote strength today is 0.004 and it's really useless when compared to highly quality content.

Trust me I get the low vote problem and I do a lot to try and help with that. But this isn't why I'm running this giveaway. It's purely to fix RC issues, not low vote issues. An additional 25-50sp isn't going to even change your vote anyways.
If you are already looking at quality low rep people's content you really should look into @pifc's curation contest. You feature 2 great posts from people with rep 55 or below in your entry post. Then the PIFC community will visit the posts and help support them. Added bonus you will earn a little on the post, part of a steem-bounty, and a chance to win SBI shares.
Upvoted and resteemed i am currently not running into rc issues as i have been busy in real life a bit which is making my content a little less then usual but i still try to show support to low sp users by at least getting an upvote in while i can and hosting little contests and huge thanks to @crypto.piotr and @fbslo who is currently delegating to me without them steemit would be a dull place for me as well as others like me

Thanks for stopping by. No link for a post is needed for an entry. As you have more SP then the cut off you won't be eligible. I didn't look as to whom your delegating SP to, but my advice is you should really reconsider delegating away half of your SP at your current size.

Currently I am having 30sp on my own our of which I delegated 10sp to support @steemchurch. 50sp was delegated to me by @steemjet while @crypto.piotr delegated 40sp to me.
I made a post twice a week averagely because of the time. I am a finalist in Nigeria institution but i made sure that I interact with the platform to support my co-redfish and minnows.
I also have a sub community under #ulog and #steemchurch which is currently not functioning due to the time and my little faulty phone.
But I believe with your delegation my upvote will worth more thereby increasing the hope of the minnows that I support.

I would often read some posts, upvote them if they are good and also do post a freewrite daily, take part in zapfic contest, and also in Pick-a-prompt contests etc.

From a quick look I think you qualify and will verify when winners are picked. Thanks for the entry and from a quick glance thank you for sticking with this after a lot of posts without any payout. Keep interacting with other people as this will increase your followers and your payouts.
You are doing a great service to newcomers, I also really struggled with issues during my first month and I had to slowly power up a little at a time until I could at least off some curation award to others. I was advised to power up but I guess not everyone can afford to do that especially those living in countries with a low cost of living and low wages. I hope I can also off delegation to new Steemians one day. Great work, I resteemed your post🙏
Well as it's what I would call "found money" they should be able to just power up.
Now I get that some people need money, but they are thinking short term vs investing in their future. Short term thinking always finds something that you need today to spend every penny you make, while long term thinking realizes that you were living without that money before and could continue so investing that money will allow for an income stream later which will make a real difference.

Up SP can make me more motivated to post Article and agree with others' articles. Respond to some posts. Participate in the activities held by everyone. Because these activities would consume SP values.
You have 21.653 STEEM sitting in your wallet and only 2.755 power up as SP. Is there a reason you aren't powering up that steem? One of the rules is that you are powering up your earnings. This shows you are making an investment in your own account, steem, and the future of steemit.

Excellent the initiative that you have taken, because it allows to work a little more, within Steemit, to the people that are favored with your delegation.
I would like to be one of the favored ones, last week I got (in the @electrodo contest) the delegation of 20Sp. This gave me more possibilities to publish, but I still have many limitations to be able to answer the comments and vote the users who vote for me.
Your delegation would help me a lot. My purpose is to grow and, at the same time, help the growth of others.
I can not invest money, because I am Venezuelan and everything we can earn (inside and outside the platform), unfortunately, and I find it painful to say, is not enough to satisfy the basic needs of survival. However, I have been doing small powerup, which allowed me to grow little by little.
I aspire to reach 100Sp, it is one of my purposes for this year, so I must work hard to reach the goal.
Steemit is a community, growing alone does not work, the community must grow to support each other.
So, if you can include me among the winners, I thank you.

This is my entry, Currently my SP is 33 has, I make 2 publications (English / Spanish) every 3 or 4 days I vote and I make comments several times each day although my rc is easily exhausted and I would appreciate the delegation to publish if possible to daily and manage to teach more people every day making quality tutorials that give steemit value and originality. @rosatravels you personally have 15k + SP to support your own project.
If you believe in your project either lease some SP for it or send them a delegation from your own SP. Stop sending it to places to make money and actually support the community. Don't try and take from true newbies who have nothing so you can get a free delegations that you don't need. I'm paying to lease SP to be able to do these delegations while keeping a minimum vote that I want to have, so your greedy request is asking me to spend money to help someone that has almost 10x more SP then I have and doesn't believe enough in their own project to invest any SP.
To be a good mentor you need to lead by example. Sure hope this isn't your idea of how steemians should behave.
Hello @thedarkhouse, LOL! We just started this thing recently with Partiko and experimenting the project and getting the words out. Right now, the advice given to me tonight is to use my personal account because of the followers that I have. We will see how the first round go with this project and whether it helps the community. BTW, the problem is solved for us so need to delegate to us. Partiko is giving 15 SP as rewards for newcomers as incentives for them if they follow thru the guidelines. So we are all concerned for newbies coming on board. This just came out this afternoon.😎
