I'm starting off with my thoughts first and the contest is further down the page...if you are only here for the contest feel free to skip my ramblings and scroll down to the Comment Contest.
There was a post recently that was talking about crazy bad luck streaks that people have had on Krypto Games and wondering if the site is cheating. I'm never going to say that cheating is impossible online or in a physical casino, but I will say they don't need to cheat to take your money.
Have a few examples of runs that some people might consider cheating:
The first one above shows 3 out of 8 rolls being 95 or higher (loosing numbers in this case). The Math on this on the short term is actually pretty high if you are trying to assume the previous roll has anything to do with the next roll...but it doesn't so don't look at it that way.
Each of those 8 rolls had a 94% chance of winning and pay out at 1.05 with the remaining 1% being the house edge. So in many people's eyes getting 3 out of 8 rolls being 95 or higher shouldn't happen, but it's just as likely as 3 of any number popping up in a 8 roll run.
Now this one would really piss some people off, 3 times I got 100 out of 4 rolls. OMG Krypto Games must be cheating! Not likely. Just as like the situation above there is nothing about this that makes me think they are cheating. It was just a bad run of random numbers. Matter of fact if they were going to cheat with a run of 3 numbers of 95 or higher in a row those bets wouldn't even make sense as to when you would do it. I was betting for under 46, why waste 3 100's on that? Common sense tells you if they wanted to cheat they would use those 100s on someone that is betting under 95 with large bets...not my little bets. You know the guy betting 400 steem on a single roll. Hit him 3 times out of 4 and there would be a nice 1180 steem profit give or take...why waste that to take my 4 Steem?
My Stats
Now you look at all of that and say sure it's possible they are cheating in some way, but numbers don't lie do they? I bet those who have had bad streaks are sitting there claiming nobody is winning on Krypto Games, but that just isn't true.
Matter of fact here are my numbers for the lifetime of playing on @kryptogames.
Currently that is a profit of 674.614 Steem worth about $121 give or take (USD).
How does this compare to a Physical Casino
Honestly seemingly impossible streaks of bad cards happen in live casinos that have zero reason to cheat you and the loss of their gaming license isn't worth the risk to take a little extra money. Instead casinos all rely on a couple very important things. First off the law of large numbers that means it doesn't matter if in the short run someone is winning because in the end over a large amount of bets the house/casino knows they will earn their "house edge". Secondly they count on Greed, that is how many people do you know that go up 675 Steem and then say "hey I'm up and know sooner or later the house will get it all back so I should stop gambling". Nope, that doesn't happen. Instead we keep going back hoping to grow our winnings to a larger number.
This is the same in a physical casino. It's rare that a person who never gambles walks into a casino and even more rare that they win on that single occasion . More likely if you walk into a local casino you will see the same people there day after day, week after week.
Why play?
Well it's fun for some people and that should be the only reason you are gambling. If you are gambling to earn money you are more likely to loose. If you are gambling because you think you have a master system and can't loose....LMAO....you will loose. But if you go in with some predefined rules of what you are willing to loose and how long you are going to play for you just might get lucky and walk away a winner while having some fun doing it.
So to me that Steem is a nice bonus, but really I play because it's fun for me. It's my entertainment. And considering I'm nursing a knee injury that has me stuck at home and unable to do much for the last couple weeks it's been a much needed distraction to the pain I'm in.

That sounds very interesting. Checking it out today. If your claim is true - that no Steem investment is necessary - then I will play this just to SPITE @kryptogames and win my $1,000 USD (in Steem (plus BTC and BCH "chaser" funds). If this is legit it would be a HUGE morale boost for all of us. Just the IDEA ITSELF provides a sense of hope - perhaps a sign that there is a "crypto god" watching over us...

If your buying the tokens make sure to do it at the lower end of the trading range. The last few days it's seemed to go up more then I would have expected and I've actually sold some vs staking as it would be 18 months or more just to break even vs selling assuming everything stays the same in terms of average income per 1k tokens per day. Naturally things change so that is hard to use, but typically I'd say earnings will drop as new tokens are printed each day.

Dear friend @thedarkhorse, from when i loose 200 steem with scammers @magicdice, i am no more interested in such games.
What you show about 3 times in a row of 4 over 95 is already know by me, because if you want to use Martingale system they have such safe to avoid it, so thats why you can get 3 times in a row of 4 the 6% of possibility, this is a protection way of them, not causually...
Magic Dice disappearing like they did really sucked. I was doing really well on their site and have nice dividends built up.

You are right the house always wins. That's why these places make soo much money. Hope the knee feels better soon i know that must be interfering in the day job.
The knee is doing much better now that it's almost 3 week later. It happened right before a big show...that cost me at least 1 months worth of income so it hurt. Out the income, the booth fees are non refundable, and I now need to move even more inventory at upcoming shows.

As a micro-crypto casino player I am so happy to see someone smart playing too! It drives me insane to see people get hostile and rage quit in the chat because they busted and it was IMPOSSIBLE for whatever busted them to have happened unless the casino was cheating.
Or, you never win when making a large bet. AHAHAHA people who say that only make the rare large bet and so probably don't win on those bets as much.

Thanks for your entry and comment. I've played just about every possible casino game in live casinos and know that what happened on the last roll/spin/hand has nothing to do with the next one. Seen the roulette board solid red and it displays 20 bets I think...been at a blackjack table and won 25 hands in a row...also lost as many. There is no such thing as impossible.
