Fortunately, I have not had any problem with a cop while I'm driving, but they tend to make me nervous when they are checking vehicles on the road. It makes no sense at all to go 35 km/h when you are the only one on the road, those rules should be adjusted.

A scaled speed limit system would be great. Too bad we can't trust the average citizen to do their part in being careful.
There is way too many cops here in the USA. I once was pulled over for being "suspicious after midnight" and then 4 cop cars surrounded me and started terrorizing for the next 15 minutes. Luckily, I did nothing wrong besides get off of work super late and they let me go.
