Since the beginning of this year, Coronavirus situation has become more severe across the world and especially in Italy. Even though the number of new cases has been significantly reduced in China, still the number of new cases is rapidly advancing in the rest of the world. Along with the new cases, death tolls are rising too.
So I have decided to create a new post to give you the latest information about the Coronavirus outbreak every day. I hope you will appreciate this initiative of mine as I am trying to create awareness about this virus, if you have any opinion or suggestions for this post then let me know about it in the comment section.
Overview of the present situation
As of March 22, 2020 there exist 319,031 coronavirus cases among which 13,686 people have died and 96,006 people have recovered from the illness. Italy is still failing to control the outbreak of the virus and the number of people dying every day is quickly rising there. As reported by different media sources, there were 793 deaths in Italy, the number of which was 627 yesterday. Following the footstep of Italy the number of death in several bordering countries of Italy such as Spain, Germany and France is rising too.
Spain is next to Italy in the list with the third highest number of coronavirus cases and being followed by the USA where at least 46 people have died during the last 24 hours. Because of the recent virus outbreak US President Donald Trump has declared an emergency in his country about two days ago.
Iran has the highest number of coronavirus cases and deaths among the Asian countries where at least 123 people have died during the last 24 hours. Next to it, there is South Korea with 8,799 coronavirus cases and 7 deaths in the last 24 hours.
There exist 188 countries with coronavirus cases until now and the situation is getting worse almost every affected country other than China.
