I was thinking the US lack of response was because "they" knew something we didn't, like it's genetically targeted and we "don't have to worry about it".
Now I'm worried the lack of response is more sinister.
Like on 911 when they told everyone to go back into the buildings before they collapsed. I was always suspicious that that was an attempt to increase the body count.
That is pretty twisted. Never attribute misdeeds to sinister intent when they can be reasonably attributed to incompetence.

At some point you have to realise that "fill in the blank" is at a minimum dangerous to your health and possibly purposely hostile to your very existence.
The question we all need to start thinking about is when do we start pushing back and saying no? I'm not trying to be a troll, I'm seriously worried.
How much incompetence should we tolerate? Zero. Nobody is more aggravated by incompetence than me.
