Well, I'm happy in my own bubble, as I've had to, like everyone, make a lot of philosophical concessions, turning blind eyes to many things, and telling yourself 'well, at least it's not as bad as...'

And there is some truth to that. The West is suffering in very different ways. The difference is the trajectory. At least elsewhere are actually trying to get out of their problems. Here, it's not a problem but an opportunity
