I consider his speech as a personal offence and an offence to all intelligent people of the US and the world. I showed it to my friend who does not watch TV and it took me a while to prove that it was not staged and 100% real.

His first "big move" as mayor was an attempt toward forcing the city's homeless population onto psychotropic drugs as a preemptive measure to prevent violent uprisings.
