My garden changes its appearance almost daily and I want to introduce you to the species that thrive today May 3rd.

I see this flower for the first time, I have no idea what it will be.
Diese Blume sehe ich das erste Mal, ich habe keine Ahnung was es werden wird.
Österreichischer Lein - Linum austriacum
Gewöhnliche Nachtviole - Hesperis matronalis
Margerite - Leucanthemum vulgare
Rote Lichtnelke - Silene dioica
Weiße Lichtnelke - Silene latifolia
Borretsch - Borago officinalis

Jetzt schon blühender Borretsch! Dann hat er aber den Kopf ganz früh aus der Erde gestreckt. Beim ersten Bild hätte ich spontan auf eine Distel-Art getippt. Schade, dass du nur die Blüte gepostet hast.
In der Blüte (außer Obst) steht bei mir im Moment eigentlich nur der Beinwell.

Ich tippe eher auf eine https://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Acker-Witwenblume, da keine Stacheln vorhanden sind. Wenn die Blüte voll aufgeht kann ich sie besser bestimmen.
Ich denke auch dass man kleine feine Haare am Stängel der Pflanze erahnen kann. Somit ist Acker-Wittwenblume richtig. Ist der Stängel jedoch glatt, dann handelt es sich um eine Trauben-Skabiose.

There are lots of different plants for eating here, but I let them for the snails, so that my hedgehog has enough food :)
