Crypto Logo Art Challenge - Cardano Edition

This is my entry for the 6th Round of Crypto Logo Art challenge - Cardano edition. This is a contest hosted by @sndbox and @creativecrypto. This is fourth time joining this competition. The challenge is to show your creativity by making an artwork using the current cryptocurrency theme - Cardano. The participants need to choose an art style or artist and make an artwork using the style or an artist's work as inspiration.
The art that inspired me for my artwork is ancient greek art. When we hear the word Greek or Greece, one thing that we instantly think of, aside from greek yogurt 😁, are the Spartans. Spartans were the main characters in the famous movie "300" back in the year 2006. It was about King Leonidas leading 300 Spartans in a battle. Sparta is a warrior society in ancient Greece. Source

⚙️ The Process ⚙️
I used Adobe Photoshop in creating my entry. Talking about greek and battles, shields are things we usually see. I have thought of using Cardano logo as a design to a shield. I used meander for the shield design and the top and bottom border.
Meander was a significant symbol in ancient greek art. Meander got its name from the Meander river, a river with many twists. It is an important symbol in ancient Greece which symbolizes infinity or eternal flow of things. Meander is also known as Greek key or fret. Source
I used the pen tool in drawing the helm/head, cape and feet of the Spartan. For the weapon of the warrior, I added a spear which is usually used with a shield. For the background, I used a light brown color. I overlaid an old wall texture with some cracks to give it an ancient look.
