Crypto Jargon

in #crypto3 years ago (edited)

Some friends, coworkers and family may think I'm crazy, but only because I purposely make myself appear crazy blurting out crypto jargon that I know they won't understand.

  • I bury my shib so I can dig up some bone and then I bury some bone so I can dig up some Leash.

It actually sounds pretty graphic when I read it over. I take a shiba inu and bury it. Which means I may have killed it because after a while I dig up some bone. The skeletal remains of my dead shiba inu :\ Like magic, however, I can still dig up my shiba inu. See? No animals were harmed during this...burial.

  • I stake my cake in the pancakeswap syrup pool

Makes me a little hungry, so I know what it does to anyone that hears me say it.

  • My Cake Earns Pots to stake in ziggy's pot on moonpot for more pots and a chance to win more pots, more cake, some dodo and bifi.

wait what? and bifi is almost like bitfiend without the t, the e, the n or the d so I probably should have some bifi eventually since it's almost me but less bitfiendy and more beefy financey

  • I like to sell Dark Energy Crystals but only new ones, not old ones. They also give me splintershards and then I can stake my splintershards for more splintershards.

what's a better term for staking splintershards that would be more lore appropriate?

  • My thoughts can earn me some hive

Certainly miss blogging around these parts, so if you have the time enjoy it! Work's had me so busy but I always feel like someday soon I'll be able to get back to it. Let me rack up some more passive income and I think I'll be able to quit the day job and get back to living life.

Any other weird, funny or odd crypto jargon you'd like to share? Let's hear it.

If you know me from the past, just know I think about getting back to it all the time. I've never had the time to blog since the fork to hive but I'm certainly liking the features on PeakD. Here's hoping my next post is a little nicer. I barely know how to use this anymore...or what tags to use, things are a little different so I'm reluctant to post to a community without knowing about it first. Ah well, go with what I remember.

Bye for now!
