Hi Steemit community, a few friends asked me to review some cryptocurrencies they intend to invest but have no technical background to analysis what is really going on behind nice websites to recruit investors.
I’m not a financial advisor, I might include my personal opinion in the end of my reviews but I always encourage everyone to do their own researches too.
I’ve been working as a professional software engineer for the last 13 years and hacking/breaking software's since my father allowed me to use his IBM 286 without supervision.
Oh boy, what a long time…
I’ve got specialized in Frontend development and nowadays my main language is JavaScript, however, I have an extended background with many other languages and contributed to several open-source projects over all those years.
I’m relatively new to the cryptocurrency and blockchain, my interests for the subject started about 2 years ago when a friend and coworker introduced me to Coinbase and I did my second attempt to buy and understand Bitcoin.
Yeap... I have a dark past, in 2009 I used an old 486 400Mhz to mine a few Bitcoins and after weeks with the computer on I created an account on a website that gave me 10 Bitcoins, both wallets are most likely lost forever with those coins.
Please if you’re interested in the subject and want me to do reviews that help nonengineers understand those projects, please upvote, follow, resteemit and comment what project you would like to be reviewed.
See you soon with my review of Verge Currency.
Sounds interesting, could you look into litecoin or Ardor and Nxt? I havent bren able to fully grasp the concepts for the last two and the first one i would just like more information on
Definitely! I do also have a personal interest to learn more about Ardor and Nxt, as I do with IOTA what brings a new concept to validate transactions called tangled. Litecoin will need a lot of time to do the review since it's a very old coin and there is tons of material to study about, so please don't expect LTC review soon, however, I'm studying it as well.
No problem, take your time! The more in depth the better for your followers
