I understand your point and your opinion make me believe you are a serious/educate investor. your comment also make me believe that if you go in, you will go strong!.... if that is the case, I totally agree with you.
In my case, I try to be as serious as I can (as my intellect and time allows me) but the amount of $ I am able to invest is tiny. and would not affect my everyday life.... I also agree with you about legality and so on, but I also consider that the government would not like this.... and no matter what they like or not, I bet in what I like. I like the idea that we (as a group) start fighting (in an educate way) for what we like and need and stop supporting what we don't like and disagree!
