I would like to present my testimony regarding all the great work done by the Pi Core Team in the background.
In 2020, I successfully submitted and passed my KYC under the Yoti app. However, it was subsequently announced in January 2022 that Pioneers who passed KYC under the Yoti app had to provide additional information.
In February 2022, I successfully submitted my KYC application under the pilot KYC programme. However, it was pending till today.
TWO DAYS AGO, WHEN I TRIED TO LOG INTO THE KYC APP, I RECEIVED A NOTIFICATION TO KEY IN MY RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS. AFTER SUBMITTING MY RESIDENTIAL ADDRESS, I PASSED MY KYC WITHIN 10 MINUTES AND APPLIED TO BE A VALIDATOR!
To those Pioneers who are getting impatient and restless over the progress of KYC, I would like to say that patience does pay!
After 1193 mining sessions, I finally passed my KYC today!
Pi Core Team is definitely working hard in the background to allow all Pioneers a chance to pass KYC!
I can attest to that!
They have a use case for Pi yet? It's been years and still not sure what it does?
