It definitely does...but getting it up and running is pretty simple. Especially if you're familiar with docker (the portion I wrote).
The creator (and others) are working on modifying it from USD/BTC to any currency pair. So that will be huge. For example, the current different between GDAX and Poloniex for ETH/USD is $15 (~4%).
Hmmm, not familiar with docker, but there's a small group of us who are all getting deeper and deeper into crypto, I'm sure we'll figure it out. :) Thanks Alex!
