My Cryptocurrency Investment Portfolio: Part 4

in #cryptocurrency8 years ago (edited)

Here is an update on my spreadsheet, my 7K deposit finally came through woohoo!

Doing another one for 7K but probably won't arrive til next week, which is fine as can spend the week watching the market, make some trades and be safe in the knowledge I can trade more as I know that another 7K is coming through (in case market dips, the money isn't in it yet).

Overall change (not including the 7K deposit) is $+500, due to 1st dropping $1K and the others small gains

Check out my last blog post for a review on Stellar as requested in the comments

Yesterday I was browsing what to buy seeing as I wasn't able to buy Viacoin below $1 (Bitter), and thought Digitbyte looked really good so purchased that instead, it had big orders for buy and not much for sell...which in my opinion usually means an upswing is coming - see picture below, lots of big buy orders:

The coin is developing fast also, I feel will Digi be a good long term holder...so won't be trading much on them anytime soon and they have already made progress of about 5% which is what I like to see!

MysteryCoin was a new coin to the market and went up 80 000 % hahah, anyone got any of it?? lol wtf. I'm also very tempted to buy some Kryptonite - I can't actually find much useful information about it (at least that I understand well, seems to be about micro transactions which I like a lot: once micro transaction are solid, crypto coins will have the potential to be used mainstream - albeit might take a while to adopt) but just seems to have massive growth spurts, would basically be a gamble.

In the process of verifying my BTer account so I at least have the option in the future to buy Kryptonite and will keep watching it in the mean time(picture from yesterday - Kryptonite, AntShares, 1st are around 20% down each today, to be expected really after such a fast increase).

Bought ICOs, only bout $1000 in each (Wagerr and Hybrid), I like both these products and would invest more but am speculative about the regulation about ICO's and would like to keep flexiblity with my trading by not putting too much into lockdown'ed (is this a word??) long term investments.

Siacoin has lots of "anticipation" around it with big news coming later in the week (Friday, the Obelisk) so certainly holding onto those for now to see what that does to their price - good post on Reddit here has details on the information teasers they have released so far: https://siawiki.tech/development/obelisk

ZCash I think is a great buy at the moment, rumours are that it is going to become available on a lot more exchanges and is also a favoured coin on the darknet, I am happy with my position in it and am considering buying some more.

Bit gutted about XRP, in my last post I said I wanted to put 3-4K into it once this deposit comes through...but my deposit came through too slow and it has already gone up 10% today arghhh, frustrating. Long term I feel it is still a good buy, but instead my friend has tipped me off saying that Ardor has a lot of potential over the next few weeks for big growth so I am going to invest in that instead - I have not done much study into Ardor so this is dangerous but his tips have such a good success rate, I can't resist.

So I am going to look into Ardor and XRP and decide whether to buy, in the mean time...as per the plan keeping some in BTC so that I can trade quickly if I see any opportunities come up (about $5K).

A few months ago I won an Audi in a poker tournament via SkyPoker - it is schedule to arrive Monday 26th June..I am planning to sell it and buy coins with the money, here is a pic of me winning woohoo:

Working on collecting those tokens! How is everyone else getting on would love to hear your opinions, any feedback and what you are investing in :)
