Can explain how this works in non technical terms? It's not address in my actual smart wallet. What address is this and how do I access it?

It's a temporary address for you to deposit into if you want to tip someone on steemit with @smartbot. You won't be able to access the funds directly. You can only access the funds via the tipbot.
