Unification: A New Bounty Hunting Platform

Assume that you need data about people behavior when they watch Youtube video, but there's no data exist about that yet. How will you collect the data? Will people participate in your free survey and how can you guarantee that the data is real? Unification will give you an effective and efficient way to do that.

Unification as Bounty Platform

Data is the fuel of the modern economy. There is no surprise anymore when companies try to collect as many data as possible in order to stay competitive. At this moment, the data collection process doesn't offer any possibilities for the contributor to earn. But we can change this soon if we use Unification.

Even though the main idea of Unification is data standardization, Unification provides a new tool for companies or data collector to collect data. Unification can act like bounty hunting platform where the user can join and participate in exchange for UND tokens. They will provide the data for the host, and they will get UND in return.

What're the benefits of using Unification for data collection? There are several things, for example:

  • The host (companies, research universities, etc) will be able to get real data from the user because Unification users must undergo verification. Therefore, faulty data can be minimized and there will be a smaller margin of error.
  • Participants can earn directly from the platform, with UND tokens. Instead of participating in a free survey, participants can earn with Unification through various bounty.
  • The host doesn't have to prepare their own platform for data collection, they don't have to manually sort the data to categories and they can verify the data and transactions through blockchain directly.
  • Participants can decide what data they will provide for the host, therefore they're still in control of their own data.
  • Host, participants and other parties can save a lot of their time and money to participate in data collection/generation. To put it simply, data collection will be a piece of cake. Any companies can do their own data collection with Unification.

Conclusion

In the past, data collection is costly and difficult to do for small and medium companies or small universities. But that soon will change when Unification provides a way for them to collect data without requiring an excessive cost. I believe Unification could be a game changer when the product is ready to use.
