Reaching equilibrium isn't always ecologically easy - just as a pendulum swings and can be affected on both ends of the swing. Left alone, it will eventually come to rest. In crypto though (or in all financial markets), there will always be external forces acting on the pendulum... it will never rest. We just need to recognize which side of the swing we are on!
