After completing the survey you will be able to download the Bitcoin generator software (zip file) if you are lucky.

Once you download it, you will then unzip it only to find that your Antivirus has flagged it as Trojan and it has been deleted. If only your Antivirus is outdated, you will be able to run this Bitcoin generator software and will ask for Activation Key.

To get this Activation key you will have to complete one more Survey which works but doesn’t work for you and you are stuck on the activation key page.

If by chance you bypass the Activation key, you will see a quietly brilliant Error message saying, you do not have required software or driver to run the real bitcoin generator.

The SCAMMERS behind these fake software’s are the smart-ones who make money using Surveys and direct Money from victims. here’s how they work:

1. They make shit VisualBasic executable Software that looks quite amusing & functional.
2. They make a video of this .exe “working” which includes forged bitcoin transaction.
3. They promote their videos on social networks, buy fake likes & comments.
4. You download the “program” from the Video description.
5. You must complete a “survey” from a list of surveys.
6. The survey you complete gives your contact information to Advertisement servers that sells it to pretty much anyone.
7. Now that your phone number/email is being sold to Advertisement company, you will get spam for the rest of your life.
8. The creator of the “Bitcoin generator” – gets a stipend, usually $2 per survey.
9. After completing the survey, you get the download. Then you successfully unzip the archive.
10. You run the executable which either doesn’t work or asks for the Activation code. This Requires going through number 5 again.
11. After doing everything, it just doesn’t work. And since you have Run the exe file, you have malware on your PC now.
12. The creator of the Bitcoin generator now has some free money from you and even your PC resources in the worst case.

To summarize everything, all these so called legit bitcoin generator’s that promise free bitcoins with your CPU/GPU are Obviously fake software’s and you should stay away from these.

I am not saying you can’t generate Bitcoins with your personal computer, Yes you can and there are quite a few legitimate services. but the days when you can mine bitcoins with CPU or GPU is long gone. The difficulty has gone up so much that you need dedicated hardware called ASIC to make mining worthwhile.
