I saw many projects that claimed to become great exchanges with unique features and not many of them reached success. Thus, I am usually very sceptic when investigate the project.
But!!! I found some very important features in Spotcoin project.
First of all, if I understood well - Spotcoin already has some trading volumes in crypto space. So exchange process is not a new concept for them.
Secondly it's a target market - Black Sea Region. This is quite untouched area - this gives very high opportunities.
