I am excited to share the announcement that registration for the Kin token sale is now open on http://kin.kik.com!
The approach to the token sale underscores the importance of building and nurturing a strong community of Kin contributors. To this end, the Kin Team are taking steps to require verification for every participant.
The information collected during the registration process will allow us to:
Satisfy regulatory obligations;
Meet compliance needs; and
Enable fair token distribution.
All participants must complete registration on kin.kik.com to be eligible to participate in the token sale. They advise that you be prepared to provide a valid government identification number (i.e., passport number or American social security number) along with your Ethereum wallet address during registration.
IMPORTANT:
The only place to register for the Kin token sale is directly on kin.kik.com.They will be capping the public portion of the token sale at $75 million USD and will use the information collected during registration to ensure a fair and broad distribution to as many participants as possible.
I will post more specifics on the date, terms and participation structure of the sale as I discover them.
Question:
Will you be registering and buying any tokens? And so, how much? I am considering $500USD for my initial buy.
