The tip that looking at our situations and seeing how we can use it to our benefit.
I know you're probably thinking..."ugh I was looking for something more ninja".
But this is a ninja secret that many people cant hack.
They're in the negative mindset because they think everything is out to get them... nothing can possibly be their fault.
I've been one of those people.
It sucks because its like you're in a black hole where you cant tell up from left.
Here are a few ways to get out of despair and lack mindset:
Get away from others who are like that or that tell you that you cant do anything.
Position yourself around others more inspiring... like ctp talk members ;)
Read mindset books and complete the exercises.
Stop watching the news so much, scary movies or other garbage content.
Exercise.
Get outside more
Eat healthier.
Start doing things as a routine, like going gto bed at 10pm everynight then getting up at 6AM
Challenge yourself.
Use different quotes in place of things you'd normally say....
There are many amazing tips out there... so I may turn each into a different post.
