Oh man, f you for bringing up our Dutch great bread and hagelslag.. djeez, did you at least take some to Spain? I will come and eat it at your place!
Didn´t bring back any bread but brought 1.2 kg of the good hagelslag and a large chunk of very good dutch cheese !!!
Haha, yeah well the bread needs to be fresh anyway, or frozen and then defrosted works too. I saw hagelslag at lidl last week but it was milk and not the pure one which I love. In Hungary you could buy it but not for bread topping, it was sold as cake decoration, therefore in tiny packages only.
