Can’t Weight ‘Til Next Week!

I made all my scheduled lifting sessions this week and even increased my squat by 50 lbs and my bench press by 20. Much to my surprise, I feel like I still have capacity in squat so I am bumping it up to “2 plates” (225 lbs) next week which is a huge milestone on my journey back to serious weight training. Still in my sweetspot on BP at 155 lbs though so I’ll stay there for now and all of my pull-up reps are still “attempts” but I’m getting closer. 🏋️‍♂️
