Validators weekly activity review - January 16-23

in #cyberway4 years ago

Dear members of CyberWay community!

We’re glad to present our weekly review of validators’ activities.

Our team will be publishing a list of advanced proposals for improving some CyberWay smart contracts shortly. We would appreciate it greatly if our validators pay some extra attention to the proposed changes and give us feedback!

You can hop into our block explorer (https://explorer.cyberway.io/validators) at any time to track the productivity of validators. Each of our reports is to provide you with the most recent and coherent data for the last 7 days.

This week a part of our validators missed a lot of blocks that has disturbed us tremendously. Some validators’ nodes, the ones that belong to @vik, @golosboard, @cryptocode, were temporarily shut down what caused a visible imbalance. Thank you, guys, for quick fix.

We kindly ask @celeste and @xtar to check their nodes and stop missing blocks.

Dear CyberWay validators! We would appreciate someone assembling the missed blocks monitor tool!

Please note! The public seed nodes are extremely important to CyberWay. Having them in abundance does increase the resiliency of the network infrastructure and ensures smooth and reliable work of the network even in case force-majeure events leading to a shutdown of existing seed nodes (e.g., as a result of an accident / economical factors or legal problems / natural disasters / as a matter of disconnection / human factor / etc.).

Dear Validators! Help CyberWay expand by setting a seed node on your own. Send the addresses of your seed nodes in the form of a pull-request to the public list:
