The shot below is not from today, but was taken last Saturday during the Canary Challenge bike ride which is a fund raiser for cancer research. (The Canary foundation at Stanford University)
There were 3 spots where professional photographers were stationed. This shot is from Skyline road which runs along the top of the mountain range that runs from Gilroy to San Mateo.
Todays ride was 27 miles and 1100 ft of climbing.

I've heard from one guy at work that the photos makes people look a bit heavier than they are. I could afford to loose at least 5+ pounds. I'm 5'10" and 170 lbs at this time.
