Miss Foodie #015 - My 6th love language - Ice Cream

The funny truth about KK is once there's a new cafe, or restaurant that opens in town, the whole population of KK would crowd that place to try on the food. Plus, social media nowadays really work some magic, because every one would keep posting about the food, and more people would be curious, and they eventually gave in, and tried it due to peer pressure. All it takes is just a few people posting about it, and talk about it.

In this case, as soon as I'm back at my hometown for CNY, hangout with friends is a must!
Annnnnndddddd there's this new ice-cream shop that opens just right in the heart of the city.

It is really a nice place to chill, hang, and catch up with your friends. Personally I love the lighting of the shop, it makes you feel really comfortable.

On the side of it stands some really cool barrels for Insta worthy corner.

At the first glance, you may think that they sell huge macaroons! At least, that's what I thought. haha.
So I went around the shop to search for the usual gelato display, where I can free taste-testing until I'm fully satisfied, then I choose the flavour that I really want.

After looking here and there, I asked my friend, "Eh, so they sell ice-cream here or macaroons?"
My friend laughed at me, and then said, the ice-cream is the macaroons!!

I'm like whaaaattttttttttt, are you serioussssss

So yeah, then I found out that the reason they make it into huge macaroons, is so that they can control the size and portion of every single ice-cream in uniformity, they will then melt it, and then turn it to something like this:

Strawberry Latte

Blueberry Yoghurt

Sorry, the colour looks quite the same. haha

Verdict:
Personal favorite would be blueberry yoghurt. It's not too sour with the yoghurt, and the sweetness of blueberry is just right. Perfect to have right after a heavy cny dinner! :)

So here you go, another dessert paradise in the town!
