Do things ever seem too overwhelming?
The daily struggle to get ahead of the game is real, but so is the success that you are rewarded with along the way. Things can go wrong and things can go right, along with the inevitable wins & losses. When the times are tough, that is when you need to put more focus than ever into your goal. The focus will turn that struggle into a lesson and in turn into a flawless victory. I notice here especially in Steemit, that there are several different categories of users, the ones who struggle and the ones who have found success. These success cases didn’t happen overnight, you can’t look at payouts and popularity and think that some of these folks have always been the crowned Don Dadas of the Steemit platform, but in reality, I urge you to do this: Go to your favorite Steemit user who is blowing up the space, look at their main page, scroll back, back, back, and then back some more. Tell me what you see… OK I’ll wait, I can tell you what you’ll see. You will see a struggle, indecisiveness, low payouts, and maybe a bit of a broken spirit somewhere in some of those posts. But they didn’t give up, their previous struggle was as real as their current success. Fast forward to the present day, some will struggle, some won’t, some will quit and some will find success. The key is to define your purposes and to explode them onto the scene, whether it’s Steemit, your community charity organization , or the local YMCA. Get out there and turn those struggles into lessons that teach you what works, what doesn’t and expand on what works to grab some more of that goodness. You will come to realize that success too is as real as the struggle, everyone goes through it, we never graduate from it, we just adapt & transform to different angles of it and pull in successes here and there along the way. There is no ultimate destination of achievement, there is always a ‘just one more’ thing to gravitate to or conquer. Bust out INSANE value in EVERYTHING that you do, if you walk dogs, or if you run the advertising budget for Heineken Beer, go balls to the wall and turn those struggles into victories, one at a time.Did you like today’s quote? One of my favourite inspirational people that I follow here. Struggle, but struggle smart, give everything you can to make it happen. I have to object to the main idea spread by most of the people that the journey is the success and not the destination. The journey is the struggle and sweat that brings you to your success, to your destination. Simple put, if you travel to a remote vacation destination, you will not put as success the time spent in the plane for 10 hours, you say I made it when you arrive there and sit on the beach. The struggle brings to your target.
Keep always the target in mind ;)
I love how you said that @alexvan. Let me look at it from a differing perspective.
Let's say you've struggled in your business making sales calls, doing presentations to prospective clients, following up on details of deals when you should be sleeping and you're missing out on time with friends & family, then ONE DAY, you book a trip to an exotic destination, you get set to go, you hit the friendly skies and that 10 hour flight is you reveling in the struggles of what got you to the first class cabin, with lobster and filet for lunch as you look out at the world 30,000 feet below, champagne in hand, and you just know it is full of so much potential and possibility, that when you land at your 'destination', you will likely be filled with the next idea, or the next struggle to put yourself through in order to level up even more.
The tropical locale is essentially not the destination of success but a stopover on the way. The moment we stop attempting to achieve grater things and to bigger 'destinations' and hitting larger TARGETS, we regress and go backwards towards the petty struggles and further away from the destinations that we truly desire and thirst after. Perception is all this is, we are all right in our endeavors and our goals, make the outcomes and the realities of these struggles worth it. Like you said, keep the focus and hit the target!
By the way, I find your tactic interesting how you power up this account ;)
Well said, well said. This is exactly my point. Have a target, focus on the target, hit the target and up to the next one. Rinse and repeat, but the purpose is to hit it, feel the motivation that comes with it and up to greater challenges!
Cheers brother, you got this @alexvan :)
Where can I contact you beside here? I don't want to spoil your strategy, which I think is a good one.
No worries man, share your thoughts or ideas here if you'd like, spoiling is welcomed :)

Totaly agree! Have to build up the success.
I'm glad you agree @lavitaebella :) Nothing happens overnight, the build up can be tough or it can be fun, but it is necessary either way. Nice quote there too.
Yes - easy or tough - we decide how it will be :) keep on the good work! Looking forward to read more of your posts. :)
