This isn't what I've been talking about, your declaration says, once one acquires at least 0.1% of the total staked token, they're entitled to votes from the supporting accounts. I've got over 30k stakes now and I've never for once receive an upvote from the pronounced supporting account.

Please, understand that we are short of hands, and the voting account is supporting a lot of users. The voting rule is set to be active when the voting mana is over 65%. So, there is the possibilty that your post might not be upvoted by @dblog.supporter on a any single day.
