Hello!

If You like clean colors, simple lines and comfort, but still warmth of welcoming atmosphere in your flat. Here is an example, how to make your small flat look bright and have a Nordic attitude, that will comfort you during long dark winters!

In our home, I tried to combine deep cold navy blue colors of the surface with the clean lines of white custom-made furniture!

This combination is making your home look inviting and worm, plaing along with natural linen fabrics.

My princesses room is a little bit more bright in colors - purple and orange!

Even cat loves it...

Kitchen is in black and white colors, simplicity is one of the main poits of Nordic design.

Master bedroom is in deep sea green color and the wardrobe-working place combine..

Spetial work was done in bathroom, sand color painted walls were covered with hand drawing, it was a huge job, that took me some dayd and some bottles of good wine!

That is before and after!

Simple, money saving design, can still be cool, modern and classy!

And, as promised, i will share a tip with wou, how to make old furniture look good again!

You will need: all purpose acrilic paint (as many colors as you wish), brushes, pencil, acetone (for removing the paint), piece of fabric, furniture lacquer.

Find a picture you like and draw it on the surface (cleaned with acetone). Fill the picture with colors and make it dry :) that is it, you can cover it with lacquer to make it irresistable.

If you want to make it look old, before puting the acetone leyer, put some acetone on the fabric and rub a bit your painting.  After remuving some paint, cover it with lacquer.

Remember to put safety gloves to protect your hands!

This what came out in my case:
