Milk jelly! Snack for the small and not so small of the house.
Surely if you have little ones at home they always order something to eat, and this variation makes the jelly a delicious dessert.
Jelly is very versatile and easy to prepare, we can make it in layers of colors, add condensed milk, fruits and more.
It is also good for the body because it is rich in collagen: it improves the appearance of the skin, nails, hair and facilitates digestion.
Ingredients
🍧2 1/2 cups water
🍧A can of evaporated milk
🍧Jelly packet with the flavor of your choice
Preparation mode
Place the 2 1/2 cups of water on the fire.
When boiling turn off and add the jelly sachet, stir well to dissolve all the powder.
Add evaporated milk.
Place in the moulds or containers where the gelatine will be cooled, let it rest before putting it in the refrigerator.
