I discovered the WONO project some time ago, and I will now get it closer to you in a series. In the first part, I give a rough overview and then go into the following sections on some peculiarities.
However, as always, I would like to point out that my articles are never and in no way any financial advice. They represent solely my opinion on a project nothing more, and I have studied them extensively for my purpose. As with any decision in life, everyone has to self-responsible to get their own opinion based on research. I leave the advice on financial matters to the professionals
However, now back to the WONO project.
Wono is a Blockchain P2P marketplace for sharing services and self-employment work. In short, a decentralised meeting place for people who offer and take advantage of such offers. Due to the decentralised aspect, all participants interact with each other entirely without any third instance.
The two most important questions that I always ask myself, while looking at a new blockchain project are the following:
- What problem does the project solve in our real world?
- What sets the plan apart from all other similar ones?
So, what problem does WONO want to solve in the real world?
WONO focuses on the vastly growing sharing market and wants to eliminate all of the disturbing factors, by using blockchain technology. In the sharing market, which is dominated by houses and car sharing, there has been a great deal of disharmony since the dawn of the trend. These include, among other things, the high fees and the lack of trust. Some scandals have only compounded these issues in recent years, and while I do not want to address them now, anyone interested will find many examples on the Internet very quickly.
I've always used sharing platforms on my trips around the world and have had my own experiences that have not always been positive. However, another aspect convinced me a lot more while I studied the WONO project. I have spent many years in India, living and working there, and one thing that caught my eye there, which entirely takes up the idea of the sharing market and its potential. In this case, from the perspective of a completely natural way. In India you hardly see a car driving on the street, with only one or two people are sitting in it and besides that everyone has seen pictures of Asian public transportation systems, full of people. Now I can already hear the answer fly through the room:
"Yes, they have a lot more people, they can not do it any other way!"
Moreover, I agree, with a unique addition.
"We in the Western world, actually should not be otherwise, because, through our mindset to own and use everything only for us, we harm the planet and thus ourselves."
More and more people understand this, and a new consciousness is developing to an exchange behaviour. Studies show an apparent change in people's thinking when it comes to property. A significant change will take place over the next few decades, and it will become a paradigm shift. People will have less and less in their possession and will enjoy the enormous benefit from the general public instead.
WONO will be one of the projects that helped shape this trend. I will explain in more detail in a later article why they will succeed.
However, now my second important question:
What distinguishes WONO from similar Blockchain projects?
WONO will provide users with a completely different experience in dealing with house and car sharing, but will not limit themselves to it alone. Freelancer work and other services will also be possible on the P2P platform. Moreover, all in a wholly transparent and trustworthy way, which is one of the main problems of Craigslist, Airbnb and Uber today. The giants in the industry still do not understand that non-disclosure information policy and unilateral contract terms cannot build long-term trust in problems between market participants. The WONO team has analysed all of these issues and developed a detailed battle plan that will allow them to create a platform that is globally usable and will address the needs of disappointed people.
The solution words are called transparency, mutual trust, reputation and diversity. Indeed, there is also more security and speed in the execution of contracts, be it in the positive or in problematic situations. The holistic approach distinguishes WONO from all the competitors I have studied so far, and just one other project comes close to what WONO has on the plan in the future.
A critical factor in my dedication to the project is the highly experienced WONO team. Hardly any other crypto team comes up with such a vibrant mix of diverse developers and experts, bringing with them all the specialisations required to make WONO the most successful platform on the sharing market. I'm looking forward to dedicating myself to the team in a later article.
The second article from my series on the WONO project will revolve around the upcoming ICO of the company.
Upvoting my work on Steemit does not hurt you, but it does mean a lot to me. Thanks a lot for this.
