In diesem Beitrag möchte ich auf ausreichend Pausen näher eingehen. Da der Mensch bekanntlich keine Maschine ist, sollte man auch ausreichend Pausen einlegen. Am besten funktioniert dies mit der Pomodoro-Technik. Dazu lädt man sich diverse Apps aus dem Google Playstore oder aus dem App Store herunter.
Diese Apps machen nichts anderes, als das sie ein kleines Signal nach einer vorgegebenen Zeitspanne abgeben. Dann weiß man, dass es Zeit für Pause ist. Nach 10 Minuten beginnt man den nächsten Chunk mit 50 Minuten (oder 30/40 - je nach Belieben) - bis wieder die nächste Pause kommt. Nach 3 oder 4 Chunks legt man eine längere Pause ein.
