When HBD trades above the $1 target, the stabilizer sells HBD to bring the price down, often generating profit for the community.

It generates profit for the DHF, leaving no opportunity for any of the actual 'community' to capture in-efficient pricing. Assuming that the DHF has proven it's use of money leads to positive outcomes, giving it additional 'profit' doesn't necessarily benefit the community.

Not against the outcome of having stable HBD, just giving some push back on semantics.
