It's interesting to consider the potential upsides to working out later in the day. That idea of it being a way to de-stress and clear your head after everything else is done really resonates. Plus, it could be a good way to use up any leftover energy before settling down for the night.
But then that little worry creeps in – will all that activity actually make it harder to sleep well? It's a real question. Some days I feel like it might, other times it seems to help me wind down.
