This is one of my favourite location in the whole world.
This is an artificial lake situated in an high plateau along the italian swiss border in Livigno a small village 1816 Mt. above the sea level in the heart of alps!
The village is named "Piccolo Tibet" "Small Tibet", for its geological similarities with the Asian's biggest and highest plateau.
