We need to overcome negative thoughts. They are only thoughts. After that, we need to take action towards our goals. Small actions we can do every day, or at least in a consistent cadence. Consistent, sustained action leads to success.

Yeah, I fought and still fight negative thoughts, and finding ways to overcome but it's not easy. Although my case is unique. I was not always like that, except for the events that have happened in my life recently
