Thank you for such a great comment. I've followed you, and I think you make a lot of great points about the shortcomings of these projects and the lack of transparency and communication. I wonder how much of this relates to "developer first" thinking ("Look at this cool thing I built!" but it's too complicated for normal people to use/understand) and how much relates to centralized top-down controlled projects verses decentralized, influence based projects.
I prefer decentralization, but I guess I have to honestly evaluate the results and ask if I prefer those also.

Unfortunately, that is the case in crypto land. It is dominated by technical people. This used to be the case in silicon valley at the beginning. Then, people realized that great technologies are not enough to succeed. Technology is one piece of the puzzle, an important one, but still one!
Exactly my thoughts. We should let our love and enthusiasm towards cryptos aside, and evaluate them more maturely.
