but pvc is the cheapest for sure.
the thing is though , all the stuff you are using to build must be super cheap in poland same as romania or bulgaria or hungaria...thats another beauty of these countries. building material is super cheap when for exemple in france prices quadripled and people cant build their own house or make a business.
yeah its all much cheaper here, also because the whole country is building and DIY. mass production :)

Surely start from the elctricity, furniture and all that. Labor is free since you are the laborer and when you mention brick cheaps you mould them yourself
