BuildTeam is pleased to announce that dlease, the first of its kind P2P Digital Asset leasing app now fully supports Hive Power delegation leasing on the Hive blockchain.
Ever since the announcement of Hive, our team has been hard at work ensuring that all active Steem Power leases were conveniently ported across to Hive.
Dlease customers can now access the direct link https://hive.dlease.io to manage their leases, however we will soon be adding in-app buttons to switch between blockchains as well. The subdomains will remain as direct links to the respective blockchain.
The leasing market is already heating up with new requests for Hive Power delegation, offering up to 13% returns.
If you are not already maximising returns on your Hive Power, go ahead and fill some leases and earn daily payouts with higher than average crypto returns compared to DeFi alternatives.
Dlease aims to support Hive Media Tokens when they become a reality and maybe even Splinterlands playing card leasing in the future.
The BuildTeam Universal Single Sign On (USSO) has been adapted to now support hivesigner and Hive Keychain.
Furthermore, the "Get Hive Account" link takes users to https://signup.hive.io/ where they can sign up for new Hive accounts.
In the coming weeks, we will continue to tweak the dlease interface and release some great new tools.

Well that didn’t take long at all, awesome news! I’ve been pretty aggressive with my leases on steem since I can’t curate on both chains!
Glad to see it on HIVE now, was just wondering would it be possible to one day have leases that pay out in HBD? For those who perhaps want less volatility?
Thanks for being a loyal Dlease customer! Yeah HBD payout should be possible, it would just involve exchanging the Hive for HBD on the internal market at payout time, there could however be slippage and not get you the best rates every time, but should be possible.

Since everything is now working on hive, I have been trying to undelegate my Steem in order to power it down.
Steem Keychain does not allow me to undelegate, as well as Steem connect.
Why is that happening? Is there something wrong with the website or with the Steem blockchain?
Heya, we missed this message. Are you trying to undelegate on Steem or Hive? On steem you can use steemworld.org, on hive you can download Vessel wallet https://github.com/netuoso/vessel/releases

Also, after looking at leases, i don't understand how much it costs to lease say 1000 Hive. It's not clear how it works.
I tried to login to DLease w/ my HIVE info, but I received this error:
Am I missing something here? I just opened my HIVE account a few hours ago, is that perhaps the issue?
BTW, I am interested in leasing out my HIVE Power to other users, not leasing HP for myself.
