Someone called ZeroPaige spent 7 whole years working on a Super Mario Brothers port for the almost 40 years old Commodore64 and finally released it to much acclaim amongst C64 and Nintendo retro games fans alike.
It took Nintendo just 4 days to have it removed from the internet using a DMCA notice!

Shit like this annoys me. Whilst I understand the need to protect peoples intellectual property, and I see youre an Indie games dev, especially to protect people like yourself, bullying a few hundred old retro c64 geeks over a 30 year old game thats earned Nintendo millions over the years is beyond stupidity and without common sense.

lol yes shit like this don't protect any gamedevs tho. i also understand their zaibatsu style decision making because i used to wear a suit everyday for a korean company and they have same mentality.
