The Smithsonian's National Museum of American History has asked about getting aggravating illustrations by transient kids that delineate figures with miserable faces in jail.
"The historical center has a long responsibility to telling the mind boggling and confused history of the United States and to reporting that history as it unfurls," as per an announcement from the gallery to CNN.
