DnD inspiration

So as I said previously, I've been having trouble with time allotment to my various hobbies/interests. I want to do things and I want to do them well. To this end, part of the time I spend on my hobbies is doing research. This is mostly to find inspiration to keep things interesting and ways to get motivated so I feel the time I DO spend on a specific thing is worth it to me.

Enter, youtube. I know, I know, it's not dtube, but it's still got it's place until more and more people are drawn from it to places like dtube. There is an amazing artist who goes by the name "BrotherBaston" https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCo0dAKk_7dXBNwYPgD2v7Zw. He has a patreon page, found here: https://www.patreon.com/BrotherBaston . He has some followers, but it's a very low amount in relation to the talent this guy brings, in my opinion. Not only in artistic vision but his whole approach to concept art and storytelling is amazing.

Currently, he's working on a series on youtube found here: , called "Draw Your Own Adventure". It's set in a sort of homebrew dnd setting and seems very interesting. Every week he puts out a few options and encourages his comments to be flooded with votes or new options that everyone can vote on. He then takes the highest voted option and creates artwork for it as he tells the story and watches it unfold. It's a time lapse drawing with his voice over describing the scene. It's really quite fantastic.

I bring this to your attention for the following reasons:

  1. To share my passion and inspiration I have received from his channel and those like his in the hopes it enriches your artistic spark or help you build your own creative table top role-playing idea library.

  2. To support him and bring awareness to his hard work and funnel people his way so he can create even more content. I wish him well and want to see his channel succeed and even come over to dtube and join the fun people on this side of the fence. So go check him out, follow him, tell him I sent ya and mention he should set up shop on steemit and dtube so we can get even more quality content going.

I'll share more of those who inspire me to keep moving forward in my hobbies. I hope you get as much enjoyment out of this guy as I do.
