Thanks @old-guy-photos!! I feel like if we reach out to help instead of blacklisting (at first, of course) we help to promote a way less toxic environment. I do agree that if some refuse to change, they shouldn't be here. However, there are a lot of people on here that have never even written a simple essay, or might have been bad at it in school.
