Scatter is currently (and probably will be) only 64-bit.
I use eos-voter on my old (currently 13 years old) 32-bit laptop (Toshiba Satellite A110-110).
As I know, currently this is the only EOS wallet, which supports key changing on a 32-bit system.
At least the 0.7.9. I used that version, and the wallet works completely fine/properly.
The eos-voter is still in development, but there are already many functions/features in this wallet, for example Referendum, Airgrabs, Airdrops/Custom Tokens, Delegations, Permissions, Security/Best Practices, Smart Contracts, Crosschain Transfer (BEOS), API Recommender, Create Account, Key Generator, Key Validator, Register Voting Proxy, and so on.
If I would have a 64-bit computer, then I probably would use and recommend Scatter.
Scatter is even required for some EOS blockchain games.
For example the EOS Knights.
Chrome browser and Scatter plugin is required. At least for playing on PC.
This game is also available for tablets/smartphones, but I have not played this game so far, because my current smartphone (Huawei Ascend Y300) is not compatible with this game.
