Raw materials and utensils for drinking yoghurt

  • 1 liter of filtered water

  • 1 can of condensed milk

  • 500 ml of fresh milk without sugar

  • 2 boxes of yogurt

  • 2 peaches

  • 2 kiwi fruit

  • 200 g of strawberries (or can be replaced with raspberries)

  • 5 lemons

  • Sugar (depending on taste)

How to make yoghurt drink
Step 1: Boil 1 liter of filtered water, then put a container of condensed milk (Fig. 1, 2).

Step 2: Then add 500 ml of fresh milk without stirring and let the milk cool down. Finally, put 2 cups of yogurt into the mix and cover with milk wrap for 8 hours (Fig. 3, 4).

Step 3: Cut the fruits (peach, strawberry, kiwi, lemongrass and ginger), then sprinkle on the stove, with each fruit in 50 ml of filtered water and 50 g of sugar, stirring The boiling mixture is (can increase the sugar decreases depending on your taste).

Step 4: Put the fruit jam in the bag and pour it into each plastic bottle, rotate the bottle so that the jam is evenly distributed in the bottle (Figure 2). Then, slowly pour the yogurt into the bottle. Finally put in the fridge for about 1 hour will taste better.
